Right or Wrong

For every cancer patient who has the prognosis of treatable, but not curable cancer, I most certainly hope their onocology team selecet and identify the most suitable and appropriate treatment regimes. Sadly patients are advised, that everyone biology is different, this in turn combined with, that no two cancers are the same, obviously create real difficulty. One ongcologist decides on a particular drug / treatment with their patient, another onogologist with a patient with very similar history chooses a completely different / drug treatment. Who is right, Who is wrong. There is no wrong, even when the treatment regimes are prescribed in the wrong order. This happening every day , and has became routine, as a matter of fact practise within the NHS.
